We weren’t stopped for more than ten min. before, Bam! Our first hit. Hans, pulled in a nice but small 8 lb. Chinook salmon. We thought he should let it go, but no way, he was keepin’ it! A couple minutes later Dave got a strike. A beautiful 12 pounder (his only one in). Later, Anita pulled up the first of many halibut (now known as the halibut queen). In the end, we limited out in our catch. End tally: 6 salmon and 6 halibut. A nice final ending to our trip: pulled up the crab trap and got 5 nice Dungeness crabs for the pot.
